With my recent Travel Bucketlist, I’ve been dreaming of the sun and summer. I’ve decided, winter just isn’t for me. I’m patiently awaiting the arrival of spring, and sunnier days. I don’t have any ‘proper’ holidays planned this year – I’ve got a weekend booked away to Center Parcs with my family in May for my 21st, and in April I’m heading to Croatia for 5 days with the uni’s netball club. It’s meant to be a bit on the chillier side, so I’m not sure how much of my summer wear will debut there! Nonetheless, I am eyeing up all the summer pieces slowly dropping into stores, and today I thought I’d share some of my top picks for you.
Asos, as always are killing it with their beachwear, they’re always my go-to when it comes to swimming cossies. A new discovery for me though is seafolly, I mean just look at this saucy black strap swimsuit number. I can see this being the perfect costume for Croatia when the sun isn’t always guaranteed to make an appearance while on our stay!
Bikini’s like this one are likely to give some dodgy tan lines, but will be the perfect number for my UK center parcs stay, where there’s no chance of getting any tan anyway! I’m still very much for the pom-pom beach bag trend, and the big old floppy fedoras too. Below I’ve put together everything you could need for your beach wardrobe: the bikinis, the beach dresses, and allll of the accessories too.
