The sun is shining and spring is well on its way. And with the arrival of spring, comes weddings. This year I’m so excited to have a couple of wedding celebrations already on my list, and the lovely people at Pretty Little Thing have sorted me out with what to wear.
It’s not very often that I get to treat myself and really dress up, and weddings are the perfect excuse to get your glad rags out, spoil yourself to a new dress and have a good old boogie on the dance floor (with, or without influence from alcohol).
It can be hard to know what to wear for weddings. You want to look sophisticated, but not like you’re going out on the town. Wearing white can be a bit of a no-no, as could black. I’ve put together 3 potential options from PLT, so keep reading:
Option number one – the deep green lace option. My love for lace will become very apparent in this blog post… I love that it’s in style every time spring/summer rolls around. If you’re attending a wedding in the summer months but don’t fancy wearing any pastel tones, this is an ideal option. The neckline is also super flattering. And finally, option number three, you’ve got to have a midi-dress option in there somewhere, right? Dusky pink is one of my favourite colours this season, paired with some nude barely-there heels and it’s an easy winner.
