It’s been a while since I’ve shared some fashion content on my blog, which is crazy considering that’s where it all started. I suppose since lockdown started my want for new clothes simmered down. I mean, I’ve bee living in comfies for the majority of the past 4 months.
With that said, as lockdown eases, I’ve loved getting the most out of my summer wardrobe – new and old – and styling my favourite pieces for the occasional trips out of the house.
I’ve been working with Loavies on a gifted basis over on my Instagram, and it’s a brand I’ve learnt to love. Take a look at these 3 summer tops from them I’ve been wearing on repeat.
The summer tops
The collecting memories crop top in pink is a gorgeous basic to have in your summer wardrobe. It’s such a bright, fun shade of pink and really easy to pair with denim shorts or something a little smarter like these Topshop bottoms. I love the tight fit and think these racer cut style tops just look great with layered necklaces. I’ve worn it so often, I kinda want one in every colour…
When I first ordered the pick up the phone floral print top I wasn’t that much of a fan, but thought it’d fill a nice space in my wardrobe. But since getting my hands on it, it’s my go-to top for the ideal ‘jeans and a nice top’ outfit. It’s comfy, it’s light and it’s florals, which we all know will never go out of style.
Continuing the floral theme, the love yourself fuchsia crop top has been getting a lot of love on my Instagram recently. I love the mix of colours in this crop, and although a bit of tit tape may be required, it’ll make for the ideal summer drinks outfit.
Have you been able to get some wear out of your summer wardrobe or are you still firmly in your comfies?
