Review: Revolution Vivid Baked Highlighter

Tuesday, 28 March 2017

When highlighters became all the rage last year, I questioned quite how I was surviving with only 2 in my collection. Off I went into town I get myself a third to start building my collection.

Makeup revolution is a brand I've never really used before, but after a recommendation from a friend I picked up the Vivid Baked Highlighter in Peach Lights. The colour, as the name suggests is a peachy silvery tone, and glides on effortlessly. One swipe of the cheekbones with a powder brush is enough to give a subtle shimmer, but ultimately can be built up if desired. It lasts well on the skin and best of all, it only costs £3!!

By no means is this highlighter a complete game changer, but for the price it is certainly worth the addition to my collection. Let me know what highlighter I should be purchasing next!

  2. You should try Sleek highlighters! I've got the contour kit and an highlighter quad and they both work amazing on my cheekbones :)

  3. I really like the MUR highlights, they have a good range from subtle sheen to blinding. My favourite at the moment is by Jouer in the shade Citrine xx
